Shitajiki are thin sheets of plastic. Students in Japan place them between pages of their notebooks to give them a smooth, hard surface on which to write. They help to prevent ink or impressions of the pen or pencil from marking the next page. They fit well in Marble or Composition Tablets used here in the U.S.

Many also collect them and use them for wall decorations.

Note: Shitajiki are new. However, there may be slight scratches incurred during packaging and transporting.
